有人說觀音(yin)橋(qiao)是重慶的“潮流心臟”。這條相(xiang)傳(chuan)因清朝康熙年間修建的觀音(yin)廟(miao)和石(shi)板橋(qiao)而得名的商街(jie),既(ji)承(cheng)載山城故(gu)事,又盡顯國際風尚(shang)。
觀音橋步行街(jie)位于重慶江北(bei)區(qu),2005年2月正(zheng)式開業(ye),是(shi)我(wo)國(guo)(guo)西南地區(qu)首條“中國(guo)(guo)著名商業(ye)街(jie)”,也是(shi)全(quan)國(guo)(guo)首批“國(guo)(guo)家級夜(ye)間文化和旅游消費(fei)集聚區(qu)”之一。一邊(bian)(bian)是(shi)好吃(chi)街(jie)里(li)麻辣串、糍粑的市井香氣,一邊(bian)(bian)是(shi)潮奢門店、文創街(jie)區(qu)的前(qian)沿時(shi)尚,傳(chuan)統巴渝風情與國(guo)(guo)際潮流(liu)在這里(li)無縫銜接。
開(kai)放式街區(qu)(qu)錯落有致,4.1公里(li)“空(kong)中(zhong)連廊”串聯起11個商(shang)(shang)業組團,將老廠房、閑(xian)置空(kong)間(jian)煥新(xin)為(wei)“我在重慶”“星(xing)桂坊”“遠東城”“嘉陵光影”四(si)大主題街區(qu)(qu)。這(zhe)些街區(qu)(qu)各具特色(se):或(huo)(huo)聚焦(jiao)巴渝(yu)風情與潮玩(wan)運動,或(huo)(huo)主打(da)高(gao)端精(jing)品與時尚生活(huo),或(huo)(huo)彰顯國潮文創魅(mei)力,共同構建(jian)出富(fu)有層次的新(xin)型消費空(kong)間(jian)。開(kai)放式的街區(qu)(qu)格局、高(gao)低錯落的建(jian)筑形態與富(fu)有山城特色(se)的立體空(kong)間(jian),形成了觀(guan)音(yin)橋(qiao)獨(du)有的商(shang)(shang)業氣質。
著(zhu)眼“首(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)發經(jing)濟”,觀音橋大力發展新品(pin)首(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)發、品(pin)牌首(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)秀、區域首(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)店(dian)、行業首(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)牌、模式首(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)測、技(ji)術首(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)展、設計首(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)創、藝術首(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)演、服務首(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)推、體驗首(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)試(shi)等全鏈(lian)條(tiao)發展的新型綜(zong)合消費(fei)模式。近年(nian)來,該商(shang)圈(quan)引入了200余個(ge)國際知名潮奢品(pin)牌,400余個(ge)區域首(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)店(dian)、旗艦(jian)店(dian),舉辦(ban)“首(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)秀”“首(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)展”260余場次。
不斷煥新升級的消費(fei)場景(jing)吸引著更(geng)年輕的客(ke)群(qun)。數據(ju)顯示,目前(qian)觀(guan)音(yin)橋(qiao)商圈18歲(sui)至35歲(sui)青(qing)年到訪(fang)比(bi)例已超過60%。今(jin)年國慶中秋假期,觀(guan)音(yin)橋(qiao)步行街(jie)日均(jun)客(ke)流量突破(po)百萬人次,銷售(shou)額同比(bi)增(zeng)長16.6%。
